1. How long D RAZ Enterprise has been in the market?

• WE have been in the market since year 2002 and we've built up a reputation as a well-trusted company
• WE have a boutique and a showroom in Kompleks Puchong Perdana

2.  Can I return the goods that I purchased?

• All orders or purchased Cannot be returned for whatever reasons

3.  Can I change the products that I've purchased? 

• Product can only be changed if it is wrongly delivered to you based on the proof referred to (via sms or email)
• Product must be returned within 5 days from the date of delivery as stated in the Poslaju document. We will not accept any changes if it is more than 5 days.
• The goods must be well packed and deliver back to us in good order. Unless we will consider the item is void and no change will take place 
• For us to re-deliver your changed order, you must bear all the cost of delivery and handling (ranging between RM10 and above)
